Ch\u00e2teau Tr\u00e9mouri\u00e8s, 1698 Route de la Mole, 83310 Cogolin, France. French law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to minors (article L3342-1 of the French Public Health Code). By ordering wine, you certify that you are at least 18 years old. We may ask for proof of age and refuse or cancel an order if in doubt. Each product page states the appellation, colour, vintage, packaging and price. Photos are for illustration only: the label may change from one vintage to the next. Products are sold while stocks last. If an ordered product is no longer available, we let you know and refund that part of the order, or offer you another vintage with your agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes. Delivery costs are added to the price of the products and shown to you before you confirm your order. We may change our prices at any time; the price charged is the one displayed when you place your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You then receive an email summarising your order. We may refuse an abnormal order, an order placed in bad faith, or an order from a customer with whom a payment dispute is ongoing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Two payment methods are available:<\/p>\n\n\n\n The products remain our property until the price has been paid in full.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We deliver within mainland France, by express carrier, to the address given with the order. Delivery costs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n We prepare and ship your order once payment has been received. Unless another date has been agreed with you, delivery takes place no later than 30 days after the order (article L216-1 of the French Consumer Code). If delivery is late, you can ask us to deliver within a reasonable time, then cancel the order if that deadline is missed; we then refund you within 14 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The products travel at our risk until they are handed to you. Check the parcel in front of the driver and write down your reservations if anything is broken: the procedure is described in our refund and returns policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without giving any reason (articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code). Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We refund the price of the products and the original delivery costs no later than 14 days after your decision, once we have received the products or proof that you have sent them. If a product is defective, you can ask for a replacement, or failing that a price reduction or a refund. Store our wines lying down, away from light and at a stable temperature: we cannot be held responsible for deterioration caused by poor storage after delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We use the information you give us (name, addresses, email, phone) to process your order, deliver it, keep you informed and keep our accounts. Only our payment and delivery providers receive it, for what concerns them. We never sell or rent it.
